Role Overview:
The Taproom Bartender will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive atmosphere at our brewery locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve beer and maintain excellent customer relations
- Manage tap lines, clean equipment, and maintain overall cleanliness and organization
- Upsell products, promote special events, and foster engagement among customers
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless execution of events and operations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of beer styles, ingredients, and brewing processes to effectively communicate with customers
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the brewery
- Previous experience working in bars, restaurants, or retail environments is highly desirable
