Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve draft beer for on-site and off-site sales
- Maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for customers
- Multi-task, lead supporting staff, and provide friendly customer service
- Interact with and educate customers about craft beverages
- Check identification in accordance with State regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory
- Perform open/close responsibilities independently and as part of a team
- Execute events and promotions
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- 10-30 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Minimum wage plus tips and an incentive program
