We are hiring a Part Time In-house Service Technician to join the team in Menomonee Falls, WI.
The In-house Service Technician will provide maintenance and repair service for hoist and crane equipment at our in-house facility. The In-house Service Technician will also uphold the highest level of professional integrity and ethics as required to instill customer confidence and continued success in service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform OSHA equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work.
- Perform preventive maintenance work as requested.
- Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
- Perform electrical and / or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques.
- Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.
- Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
- Responsible for company equipment including, company vehicle(s), tools, etc.
- Create work orders for planned inspections and repairs in SAGE. Create corresponding Inspectall folders
