We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will perform welding operations using various equipment and instruments, ensuring high-quality and precise work. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with metals, capable of working within specified tolerances, and adhere to safety protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.

· Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.

· Understand welding machine operation.

· Perform all functions associated with welding preparation and welding.

· Conduct appropriate quality checks of equipment.

· Determine correct machine settings and tolerances.

· Monitors work environment for hazards and maintains healthy ventilation levels to avoid particle or gas inhalation.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· TIG welding experience preferred, but not required.

· Must have basic skill set to operate all welding tools safely and effectively.

· Ability to work independently in a production-oriented environment.

· Must be a team player.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
