Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety awareness in all inspection and maintenance tasks.
- Undertake exhaustive compliance inspections adhering to OSHA guidelines, alongside executing preventive maintenance on an array of overhead crane setups.
- Identify, evaluate, restore, and enhance the functionality of diverse equipments.
- Conduct necessary electrical or mechanical tweaks or repairs, regardless of plan drawings.
- Adapt to work situations involving heights, severe temperature conditions, and loud workspaces, with a requirement for physical exertion including lifting 50-100 pounds.
- Communicate major equipment discrepancies or safety findings to clients.
- Nurture professional and positive interactions within the team environment and with clients, constantly aiming for collaborative success and superior service delivery.
Desired Competence & Abilities
- Advanced familiarity or proficiency in crane and hoist equipment troubleshooting, covering both electrical and mechanical spectrums, is beneficial.
- Cultivate comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local legislative requirements for crane and hoist operations.
- Must function independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in engaging with clients professionally and representing company values effectively.
