Oil Concentrate Packager/Processor

We are a Tier-3 cannabis producer/processor looking to expand our Oil Packaging crew! At Lifted Cannabis Company we strive to consistently provide top shelf/premium cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market. To achieve this goal, we look to seek out high energy individuals with the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly. A passion for cannabis and the willingness to learn new skills will put you at the top of the list of candidates.

We are looking for dedicated, devoted, goal-oriented individuals, with good communication skills, who like working with a team to accomplish goals.

THIS POSITION MAY ENTAIL THE FOLLOWING:

  • Processing/Packaging of bulk concentrate into individual 1 gram unit ready for Sale. Duties consist of: (Weighing and packaging 1g units of Cannabis Concentrate, Sticker-ing/labeling and Barcoding the product in compliance with WA I-502 regulations, maintaining accurate inventory count via I-502 complaint traceability/POS systems.)
  • Upkeep of personal workspace and tools.
  • Assist with daily clean-up of Oil Packaging/Processing, and other work areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to average a minimum of 560 grammed and trapsealed units in an 10-hr shift. (Quota applies after first 2 weeks of job shadow)
  • Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
  • Ability to focus during repetitive tasks. Hand and finger dexterity required for extended periods
  • Consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstration of solid math/reasoning skills, and takes initiative when performing daily tasks
  • Must be a team player with a strong spirit of cooperation and ability to communicate
  • Must be willing and able to follow Standard Operating Procedures accurately and adapt to changes in processes as we grow
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year of previous I-502 cannabis production experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of Production/Manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Previous Cannabis industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in WA licensed facilities
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis
  • High School Diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Schedule will be Saturday-Tuesday (10hrs shifts 7:00am-5:00pm) w/ occasional PAID Overtime
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
  • Must be able to perform and maintain focus on their tasks without being distracted by noise, other departments working in close proximity to them

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Benefits after 1 year of employment:

  • Paid time off (Automatic 5 days unpaid time-off, with additional 5 days paid time-off after 1 yr of employment)

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Saturday to Tuesday

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees must wear proper PPE's (face covering/mask/latex gloves) when at the facility when required by the CDC.

Experience:

  • I-502 cannabis production: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Commercial Oil packaging experience: 1 year (Preferred)
