Responsibilities
Each day, our Production Workers…
- Operate production machines,
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment,
- Operate a forklift/pallet jack to move materials/shipping and receiving/warehousing,
- Communicate with other employees (in and outside the department) to provide and obtain information related to operations.
Qualifications
We need people who…
- Can work any shift (first, second or third),
- Can communicate effectively with others,
- Are able to lift 30-45 pounds, regularly throughout the shift,
- Are able to push, pull, lift overhead and climb ladders,
- Can see well enough to check product quality,
- Can identify repeat issues and offer solutions to eliminate problems,
- Are flexible because some days don’t go as planned,
- Will commit to helping the company meet goals,
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent
