Summary of Position:
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Scheduling meetings and phone calls with clients and partner agencies.
- Drafting communications, managing mailings, and preparing reports.
- Coordinating donation pickups.
2. Communication:
- Handling day-to-day communications for managerial staff.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Preparing draft communications and proofreading documents.
3. Record Maintenance:
- Updating databases for donation pickup and referral fees.
- Sending out invoices, fees reminders and maintaining electronic database.
4. Basic Bookkeeping:
- Tracking income and making bank deposits.
- Preparing financial records regarding expenses and revenue.
5. Office Management:
- Ordering office supplies, keeping track of inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
- Troubleshooting technology problems and managing office equipment.
Skills and Requirements

Experience: Typically, 2 years of work experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with databases like Salesforce, Square or MailChimp.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
