Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director located in Charlotte, NC at Lightbridge Academy. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, collaborating with parents, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Additionally, the Assistant Director will assist in implementing educational programs, maintaining licensing regulations, and fostering a positive learning environment.
