Lightburn is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this position, you will be tasked with driving leads, revenue, and brand exposure across an array of marketing, advertising, and digital platforms & tactics. Please note: We are currently seeking candidates based in Southeastern Wisconsin who will come into the office multiple times a month and attend in-person client meetings as needed.
Requirements
Skills, Tactics, and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years in a digital marketing role
- Pay-per-click (PPC) campaign development, optimization, and analysis
- Fundamental understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with social media advertising
- Email marketing experience
- Experience using Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with web CMS platforms like Umbraco, WordPress, and Shopify

- Ability to continually alter your frame of mind to jump seamlessly between strategy, execution, and candid analysis
- Willing & eager to learn, expand skill set, and jump into the unknown
- Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical members of the team
- Ability to juggle & properly prioritize tasks & projects in order to hit deadlines and meet client objectives
- Ability to manage and stay on top of evolving media budgets on a monthly and even weekly basis
- Willingness to take a project and run with it, at times with minimal oversight
