Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary: The Director of Supply Chain develops and executes strategies to support corporate growth and financial goals through the Supply Chain and Material Handling departments.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduate degree (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain for a manufacturing company
• Proven leadership experience in team development
• Experience in cost management and Lean principles

Key Skills and Responsibilities not limited to:

• Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Meet leadership, inventory ratio, cost management, and supplier performance targets
• Oversee Supply Chain team performance, providing mentorship and coaching
• Create and/or approve budget for Supply Chain departments
• Execute supplier development, including quarterly reviews
• Implement annual material cost reduction plans
• Support cash flow improvement initiatives with materials, suppliers, and customers
• Maintain Supply Chain systems and ISO procedures
• Manage supplier relationships, building strong partnerships with key suppliers
• Assist in resolving supplier issues
• Develop travel plans for supply base analysis
• Communicate Supply Chain trends and strategic recommendations
• Project leadership to achieve improvement initiatives
• Collaborate effectively across the organization
• Travel will be required
