Job Description
- Responsible for taking ownership of the plant and resolving supply chain issues
- Will understand real capacity planning, identifying and implementing changes and taking full ownership of the department
- Will partner with the Plant Manager to look at value stream mapping and work with supplier ramp-ups.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of supply chain leadership experience
- Aerospace background is preferred
- Strategic project management experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain or related discipline is required
