Position Summary
As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, and post-analysis. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, content creation, and day-to-day management to ensure a cohesive brand message and increased customer engagement. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll need strong judgment, attention to detail, and adaptability. Collaboration with various teams is essential to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of our products, competitors, and market trends, coupled with creativity and meticulousness in their marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Coordination : Planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Content Development : Collaborate with the creative agency to develop compelling marketing materials, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other creative assets. Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Marketing Collateral Management : Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials. Coordinate printing, shipping, and inventory management to support marketing initiatives effectively.
Digital Marketing Support : Assist in the management of digital marketing channels, including website updates, social media posting, email campaigns, and online advertising. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Market Research and Analysis : Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships. Coordinate logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI and brand exposure.
Collaboration and Communication : Effectively communicate campaign status, provide insights and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across various departments.
Data Driven Decisions : Produce summaries of campaign performance, monitor marketing effectiveness, and conduct competitive analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
Industry Trends : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a closely related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (Required); 6 years of marketing experience for Senior Coordinator role.
- Telecommunications experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. This includes knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, branding, advertising, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. They should be able to effectively convey ideas, write compelling copy, and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms is often required.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and SEM. Experience with managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and executing digital advertising campaigns is highly valued.
- Ability to collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and design. Being a team player and having strong interpersonal skills are important.
- Basic project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives. This includes coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and tracking project timelines and budgets.
- The marketing landscape is constantly evolving with new technologies, trends, and consumer behaviors. A Marketing Coordinator should be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and tools to stay ahead in the field.
- Experience with relevant software and tools used in marketing is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 to $89,500 per year.
