Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center is currently seeking a full-time Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LPC, LCSW or LMFT that enjoys working with all ages. Salaried positions are available for full-time staff.
Overview of Essential Job Duties:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults with mental health needs (preferences can be discussed during the interview).
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner via our easy-to-use electronic health records system.
- Provide care coordination as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all funding source regulations, Department of Health Professions, HIPAA regulations, and LBHC standards at all times.
- If interested, this position allows therapist to facilitate therapy groups and provide supervision to Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must at least be eligible to start supervision as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with an active license in the state of Virginia.

- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic treatment modalities

Salary: Salaried positions are available! Salary is based on experience. Contract positions and hourly (fee for service) will be considered if it is preferred.
Schedule: Flexible(desired hours can be discussed during interview). The office is open Monday-Thursday 9-7pm, Friday 9-5pm. Telehealth positions will be considered if it is preferred.
