Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prints off all daily group materials for the correct number of patients on the unit.
- Answers unit phones, takes/delivers messages appropriately, handles all non-patient care related calls, assists in providing appropriate information to family members under supervision of unit RN.
- Registers patients for the Reflections portal prior to discharge
- Assists with clerical paperwork for discharges.
- Collects data on program schedule compliance, and submits to Dir. Of Nursing and Dir. Of Performance Improvement daily.
- Daily oversight for chart compliance
- Provides additional clerical support as needed by the unit RN/Therapist/MHT
