The Secretary to the Training and Compliance team is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Training, Compliance, Performance Improvement, and Revenue Cycle teams. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

DEFINITION:
Under immediate to general supervision, provides clerical support to the Training and Compliance Department. This position is supervised by the Chief Clinical Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent competency.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:
- Order and replenish office materials such as printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc. using the correct Purchase Order process.
- Enter POs as requested for training needs.
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, voicemail and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain records of all key request and returned property for employees.
- Monitor the Training and Compliance email account and forward emails to the responsible leader.
- Organize staff travel vouchers. Responsible for interoffice mail between the Training and Compliance Department and Administration.
- Create a Training and Compliance newsletter with input from department leaders.
- Sending invites to staff regarding training and meetings.

Support the Training team by:
- Filing of certificates and maintaining the training files;
- Coordinate lunch and snacks for training;
- Create/copy handouts, binders, and other training materials;

Support the Compliance and Revenue Cycle team by:
- Uploading staff credential certificates into the Relias Learning Management System;
- Sending out emails to staff requesting updated licenses and certifications;
- Filing/organizing files for staff privileging and credentialling;
- Sending out billing statements to consumers.

Support the Performance Improvement team by:
- Sending training guides to outpatient clinical staff at their six month review;
- Monitor consumer survey reports and enter consumer discharge surveys into Survey Monkey;
- Enter chart reviews into Survey Monkey and update spreadsheets for Performance Improvement Specialists;
- Update Performance Improvement survey questions under guidance from the Manager of CQI;
- Assist in preparation of the quarterly PI meetings and type minutes.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the department.
