What We Are Looking For

A Solutions Architect with extensive Workday experience is highly preferred, as this role will be dedicated to the platform. Someone who can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand, coordinate, design, and implement technology solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.

Solutions Architects will perform the following :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable end-to-end solutions that align with organizational goals, technology strategies, and project requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of goals.

Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools based on their suitability for specific projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments of proposed solutions.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design and architecture decisions.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, achievements, and potential challenges.

Manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards.

Collaborate with technology teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Support team development by providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Maintain documentation of technology processes, decisions, and project milestones.

Individuals possessing these strengths and experiences :

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) preferred.

Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.

Industry-specific experience, especially in Construction, is advantageous.

Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are a plus.
