Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our technology solutions. Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- Implement innovative sales techniques to boost sales volume.
- Lead sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Partner with operational colleagues on proper project execution and act as a liaison with the customer.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience in industrial sales and marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in account management or outside sales, preferably in service-oriented sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Experience in business development strategies that drive growth in new markets.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, with an understanding of technology products and services.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
