Position Overview
Entry-level Sales Representative position ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales and willing to learn and grow with the company. This position will assist and support the Sales and Business Development team in building customer relationships to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts and triage communication, calendar invitations for meetings and other general requests between clients and business development team.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Market Research: Research and evaluate industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to help identify new business development opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Shipping, to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Sales Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of LHB products in order to support customer service and business development needs.
Company Ambassador: Attend and represent the organization at various trade shows to help build brand recognition and awareness.
Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
