Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality test results.
- Oversee blood bank testing processes, ensuring compliance with CLIA, CAP, AABB, and FDA regulations .
- Perform and review complex testing procedures, including antibody identification and compatibility testing.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff, ensuring competency and development.
- Monitor and maintain quality control protocols, ensuring equipment calibration and procedural accuracy.
- Participate in inspections and audits, ensuring laboratory readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership to implement process improvements and optimize operations.
