Duties:
Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of life skills instructor to teach life skills to adults with intellectual disabilities in our growing office. Applicant MUST be a team player, possess a positive attitude, be a self-starter, be able to work independently, patient, creative, have good problem-solving skills, know local resources, willing to be an advocate, possess strong personal and professional boundaries, and MUST BE FLEXIBLE.
Experience with special populations necessary. Computer, good verbal, and written skills are required. Position requires the passing of background and Live Scan fingerprint check. CPR/1st aid will be required. Must possess valid CA driver's license, and current valid proof of vehicle insurance.

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials
