What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Lighthouse Management?
We are an HOA management company looking for an HOA bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Must be very detail oriented along with strong computer skills. HOA accounting experience would be preferred but not required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Gathering Appropriate Documents Needed to Compile HOA Financials
-HOA Reconciliations
-Processing Bank Returns
-GL Entries and GL Coding
-Handling Correspondence within an Accounting Specific Email Inbox
-HOA Lockbox Review
This is a full time position and the office hours are Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm and on Fri 8am to 1pm.
Training will be provided and will be expected to be in-office for at least 2-3 months. After training has concluded, this position will become remote 3 days a week with the other 2 days being in-office.
Having a positive attitude and being able to work as a team in a fast pace environment is a must.

- Yes but for the first 2-3 months training will be in office and then 3 days a week remotely will be offered.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
