Position Summary:
Southwest Specialty Food Inc., a well-established food manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, managing aging reports, creating financial statements, processing payroll, and more.
Required Skills
- Must have a minimum of 3 years full time experience
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Online Bank deposits
- Manage aging reports and communicate with customers regarding past due invoices.
- Create financial statements and bank reconciliation.
- General Ledger
- Process payroll thru QuickBooks bi-weekly
- Process month end reports and reconciliation
- Syspro ERP experience a plus
- Arizona State Tax filing
- Prepare and provide all documents as needed for the CPA.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Utilize QuickBooks and software systems for accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Additional duties as needed by company president and staff.
