What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Lighthouse on the Lake, Inc.?
The Hotel Desk Staff members serve as the first point of contact during the hotel reservation process, guest check-in experience, and switchboard operations.
The ideal candidate will
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Have the ability to multi-task.
- Be able to operate in-person, online and telephone reservations
- Be able to answer questions related to the Manitowoc-Two Rivers area
* Be a quick learner
Some experience is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
