Position Overview :
Lighthouse Professional Services, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions group of companies, is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our client’s team in Milford, MA. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, circuit boards, and test fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical testing, rework, and documentation of assemblies used in industrial, military, and maritime applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, including circuit boards, cables, and mechanical hardware.
- Perform circuit testing, measurements, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and electronic loads.
- Rework surface mount and through-hole printed circuit board assemblies.
- Create and update technical documentation, including Bills of Material, schematics, test procedures, and work instructions.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings and design reviews.
