Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Northborough, MA
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
- Study, read, and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, and process documents
- Gather information regarding parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
- Operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from management
- Complete manufacturing paperwork and documentation correctly
- Assemble parts or components to build a whole new product
- Work with small components using a microscope
- Perform regular testing and quality inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed following the specifications
- Implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the senior personnel, so that the quality of products is maintained
- Perform debugging/testing and can troubleshoot and diagnose component issues on their own
Salary : $24 - $25
