We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to work a hybrid schedule in White Plains, NY.
Details :
Location : White Plains, NY
12 month contract
Pay rate : $35.00hr - $55.00hr depending on experience
Schedule : Monday-Friday hybrid working (3) days onsite and (2) days from home.
Project Overview :
- Provide Operational support for all aspects of ICS operations including all server types (Windows and Linux), SAN / NAS storage, server virtualization technologies (including VMWare), backups systems (Commvault). Recommend operational efficiency improvements including but not limited to IaaS, Lights Out Data Center solutions, Automation, Cloud and Hybrid cloud solutions.
- Responsible for operations of critical infrastructure while maintaining component-level monitoring, real-time performance metrics, and trending.
- Coordinates performance of outages, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, etc.
- Work closely with IT Service Management team to follow ITIL / ITSM service delivery models.
