The Program Supervisor is a full time second shift position available at our Sheakley Center location.
Essential Functions :
- Manages the workload and activities assigned employees.
- Handles the employee relations, talent, and performance management of the direct reports.
- Implements and enforces system, policies, and procedures in accordance with agency, federal and state guidelines.
- Reviews shift notes.
- Conducts and documents regular scheduled supervision of employees.
- Facilitates building operations by developing schedules, approving employee timecards, assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
- Organizes and facilitates Customer Safety Specialist staff meetings.
- Assist in the compliance of quarterly fire drills, health inspections, building inspection codes, and maintain the grounds of the facility.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Supports change initiatives within service area and / or across the agency.
