What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor position at New Hope & Horizons Inc?

Working with individual with disabilities. Overseeing site documentation, ensuring that homes meet compliance regulations.

Coordinating staff meeting, developing and participating in community programs. Assist with medical appointments, grocery shopping.

Assist employees working with clients in the areas of personal care, healthy eating habits and exercise.

Develop and maintain a weekly / monthly schedule for employees. Communicating with family members, adult programs and DODD employees.

Salary : $21
