What you’ll be doing:
- Billing and invoices
- Document control including lien waivers, pay apps, and warranty requests
- Coordinating with the insurance team to process certificate requests
- Preparing sample packages
- Tracking orders
- Processing returns
- Recording transactions in Quickbooks
- Providing assistance during emergencies
- Updating project records and preparing relevant documents.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and other branch offices
- Other duties as assigned by management
