Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager with expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and land surveying to lead and oversee various projects. The ideal candidate will be a licensed or certified civil engineer with a strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage surveying projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage project budgets, fees and writing and reviewing proposals ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
- Implementing QA / QC practices for final survey deliverables
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed as per agreed deadlines.
- Coordinating and managing outside survey subcontractors
- Prepare, review, and approve survey documents, reports, and plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Resolve project-related issues, ensuring a smooth workflow and mitigating any delays or conflicts.
