Digital Performance Manager
Location: Las Vegas preferred; not required
Duties:
As a Client-Facing Digital Performance Manager, you will be an integral part of our digital marketing team, working closely with account executives to drive the success of our clients’ digital marketing initiatives. This role works to ensure successful campaigns of Tier 1 and assigned accounts. The Digital Performance Manager should be familiar with performance metrics across digital display, video, audio, CTV/OTT, paid search, and social channels. As the primary day-to-day contact for Tier 1 campaigns, this position is crucial in the attainment and retention of our top spending digital clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating closely with account executives to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Ensures proper post-sale execution of assigned accounts.
- Interprets GA4, Google Data Studio, Meta & other analytics dashboards for all assigned digital campaigns.
- Work with the digital operation team to provide optimization suggestions to the clients to ensure continued campaign success.
- Present monthly or quarterly reports to Tier 1 and assigned clients, as well as optimization suggestions for continued improvement.
- Aid in ensuring that the creative and analytical infrastructures are executed within the appropriate timeframe, and facilitate proper communication with the client.
- Provides custom reporting when needed based on tiered levels of service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaign planning.
- Be confident in client-facing interactions via phone, email, video, and in-person.
Qualifications, Skills, and Characteristics Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience of client-facing digital campaign management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Familiar with pixel and tag placement via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ensuring that closed sales are executed properly.
- Impeccable organizational skills. Actively manages day-to-day aspects of all assigned campaigns, maintaining account prioritization and delivering weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
- Drive for continuous learning to keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Paid Search, Programmatic & Social campaigns.
- Experience aiding in the sales process of sophisticated digital campaigns preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- This position is hybrid, based out of our Las Vegas, Nevada office (preferred) but will consider out-of-market candidates as well.
