Our Assistant Manager / Aesthetic Sales Consultants average between $24-$40 per hour. This rate includes the base hourly rate and average monthly bonus!
In this position you will be assisting our Clinic Director in facilitating the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes :
- Coaching and Developing Staff
- Marketing & Cultivating Clientele
- Planning & Executing Events
- Performing Consultations
- Scheduling Clients & Staff
- Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team
