Payroll Administration
- Process payroll using Dayforce for both salaried, hourly and commission employees and
- Reconciliation Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of payroll accounts
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts (e.g., accrued payroll, payroll taxes, employee
- Compliance Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Reporting & Audits Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely payroll-related

Benefits Administration
- Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, distributions, loans, hardships and compliance testing.
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records.
- Gather employee data and oversee the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of vouchers for payment of administrative fees for all group plans.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of discretion
- Experience with payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, UKG, or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office—manipulating data, building reports, and leveraging tools to get the job done efficiently.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Doctor agreements and commission calculations—familiarity with these complex processes will help you succeed in this position.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certification preferred.
