*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with behavioral challenges by implementing therapy plans and providing support.
*Responsibilities*
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on individual's behaviors
- Assist in developing care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Provide direct patient care and support in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Work closely with individuals with autism and other behavioral health disorders
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and update medical records as needed
*Skills*
-RBT required
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Strong patient care skills
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
