The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a talented Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties :

Manage cases from demand through transfer to litigation.
Request medical records.
Interact with clients.
Handle property damage portion of claim.
Prepare demand package and medical bill outline.
Draft supplemental demands.
Draft and file Civil remedy Notices.
Draft and audit settlement statements.
Hire expert witnesses.
Draft complaints.
Prepare cases for litigation by the following checklist.

Qualifications :

Prefer a candidate who has been working as a pre-suit personal injury case manager with at least 1 year of experience.

Must understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.

Must understand and prepare a case for demand.

Experienced Case Manager candidate for Post-Demand and distributions.

Great customer service, verbal and communication skills with clients and medical providers.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask in a team environment.

Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

Salary & Benefits :

Includes base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000.(DOE).

Plus potential bonuses of $250 -$750 per month, depending on monthly production.

1-week vacation after six months of employment.

2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.

3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.

6 federal holidays off per year.

6 personal / sick days per year.

50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.

Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account - HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.

Dental and Vision insurance are paid in full by the firm.
