The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a talented Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Duties:
- Manage cases from demand through transfer to litigation.
- Request medical records.
- Prepare demand package and medical bill outline.
- Draft supplemental demands.
- Draft and file Civil remedy Notices.
- Draft and audit settlement statements.
- Hire expert witnesses.
- Draft complaints.
- Prepare cases for litigation by the following checklist.
Qualifications:
- Prefer a candidate who has been working as a pre-suit personal injury case manager with at least 1 year of experience.
- Must understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
- Must understand and prepare a case for demand.
- Experienced Case Manager candidate for Post-Demand and distributions.
- Great customer service, verbal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask in a team environment.
- Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

Salary & Benefits:
- Includes base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000.(DOE).
- Plus potential bonuses of $250 -$750 per month, depending on monthly production.
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
- 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
- 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
