To help continue scaling our award-winning SaaS platform, we are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth.
This is a hybrid role. We work from our downtown Raleigh office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media Strategy & Execution - 40%
Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting and messaging to improve performanceManage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and track key performance metricsAnalytics & Performance Optimization - 20%
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiativesUse data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates across channelsCopywriting, Email Marketing, Website Support & CRM - 20%
