Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging children in learning activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support children's growth.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support diverse learners.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
- Stay informed about current best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or in childcare settings is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- First Aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various learning styles.
- Experience or training in special education is advantageous but not required.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
