Lead Infant/Toddler Care Educator Position:
We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team and inspire young minds. As a Lead Infant/Toddler Care Educator, you will create engaging lesson plans, cultivate a stimulating classroom environment, and foster strong relationships with children and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to the needs of infant and toddler-aged children.
- Cultivate a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through exploration and play.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain an organized and well-managed classroom to ensure a nurturing and structured learning space.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting.
- A deep understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- The ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual children's needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least one year of childcare experience (required)
