Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Learning Center Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a strong background in early childhood education, staff management, and curriculum development. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, maintaining enrollment goals, and creating a positive learning environment for children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the early learning center, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers and staff to maintain high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Manage enrollment, parent communication, and community outreach efforts.
- Create and maintain budgets, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Experience
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required; a master's degree in education or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting, demonstrating effective management skills.
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management within an educational context.
- Experience in strategic planning and program development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire staff at all levels.
