Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve balanced, child-friendly meals and snacks in accordance with state guidelines and school policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed while staying within budget.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies as required.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure meal schedules align with classroom routines.
- Follow proper portion control and meal preparation standards.
- Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a childcare or school setting.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must pass background screening and meet state licensing requirements.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing healthy meals to children.
