We are seeking a dynamic Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a knack for creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead café staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage daily café operations including inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeing food preparation
- Implement and maintain quality standards for food and beverages
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Train new employees on café procedures and standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Oversee the kitchen, and POS systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supervising roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of shift management and experience in hospitality management
- Familiarity with , cooking techniques, coffee making, and POS systems
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control costs in a café setting
