We are seeking a visual designer to join our Communications and Marketing team as a Graphic Design Specialist . This individual translates ideas into brand-aligned and visually compelling graphics and should have a strong background in visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of design experience, including print and digital, brochure and collateral design, signage, and creating visuals for social media. This role will focus on supporting LT’s initiatives by creating and editing graphics for program recruitment, presentations, annual reports, research documents, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for print and digital media.
- Collaborate with various teammates and departments to understand design needs.
- Deliver creative solutions and visually appealing content for program recruitment, social media, websites, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Under the direction of the Manager, Communications and Marketing, oversee brand management efforts, ensuring all visual assets, including print and digital materials, adhere to LT’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms, and reflect the values and mission of the Trust.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Additional duties in support of larger Communications, Team Services, and organizational goals.
- Contributes to the Trust’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.
