A timely and responsible manager who wants room to grow and to learn in a fast-paced restaurant. Willing to close a few nights a week as well as be available for the Holliday season and weekends is a must. DOH food handlers permit is great but not a deal breaker. A patient and friendly demeanor with a passion for service as well as a willingness to lead a team.
