About the Position
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing critical IT initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and technological advancements. This role ensures seamless execution of IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, system implementations, and technology enhancements. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and execution excellence to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
A day in the life…
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Facilitate and oversee project management processes across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective planning, execution, and review of project phases.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee technology initiatives and system enhancements.
- Manage IT project portfolios, including infrastructure, application development, and enterprise system implementations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support additional IT initiatives as needed to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications for the Position
- A four-year college degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience leading IT projects related to infrastructure, system implementations, and enterprise applications.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
- Expertise in Jira for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

A Little More to Know…
- This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for standard company benefits.
- This position may maintain a hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia or be remote-based. A hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor.
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
- This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
