The Associate Director - Digital Engagement Strategy and Operations to be located at our Corporate Center in Indianapolis, IN will be at the forefront of our digital space, driving innovative strategies and fostering meaningful connections with our business partners. This role is responsible for providing day to day operational oversight and strategic direction across critical digital channels. This includes the creation of and adherence to global operational processes, overall health monitoring/reporting of day-to-day projects across teams, setting strategic direction on new capabilities and technologies, and overall leadership and guidance to high priority projects to ensure successful delivery.
What You Will Do:
Lead the strategic investigation and pilots of new social media technologies, capabilities, and ways of working.
Act as the BI&A communication liaison within our team to comprehend the incoming data and its utilization by external parties
Develop expertise in search and tagging to identify opportunities and gaps within our portfolio firsthand
Serve as the Product Owner for Social Media relative to SAFe Agile Practices, representing the team to leadership and coaching team members during ceremonies.
Train team members to support, implement, scale, maintain and evolve existing and new technology solutions
Gain deep understanding of business goals & processes and translate them into innovation, using influence to gain buy-in of key stakeholders.
Guide and consult on key projects, remove barriers and identify gaps within portfolio
Lead priority deliverables and coach team members on processes to ensure delivery of projects
Build roadmaps for key initiatives, both tactically and at the macro level to drive projects forward rapidly and communicate where the team is headed.
- Analyze existing processes for improvement and identify and resolve process gaps
Tech@Lilly representation, support and engagement in technology RFIs & RFPs to ensure technology is architecturally, strategically and tactically aligned to current and future tech stack & privacy changes occurring in 2025 and beyond
Identify and participate in efforts enabling automation of process efficiencies
Work across key digital channels to ensure cohesiveness of technology solutions
Your Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, IT or similar fields
5 years in a digital engagement or IT organization
Experience with social media
Experience leading cross-functional projects and working cross multiple customer groups

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$123,000 - $180,400Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
