Position : Senior Sales Account Executive | Private Label | Women’s RTW
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth with our existing private label account, specifically with Dillard's as well as expanding our market presence by having strong, current relationships with other retailers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for management of assigned key Private Label account, specifically Dillard's.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and market share within the fashion wholesale sector, with a specific focus on strengthening our current business as well as acquiring new accounts.
- Collaborate with Buyers / DMM and Sr. Management to define and execute creative strategies and identify opportunities to drive sales and protect profitability.
- Execute against monthly targets identified and agreed upon by management.
- Collect, analyze, and report in weekly selling, in addition to, monthly and year-end.
- Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and drive cohesive execution.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track sales performance, evaluate ROI, and inform strategic decision-making, continuously optimizing sales processes and tactics.
- Conduct store visits, product knowledge seminars, as well as provide competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
- Drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
