The Preschool Cook is responsible for ensuring the health, for all children within the center’s care. The Preschool cook ensures that the requirements of USDA Food Program are met and the health and safety of children are met. The cook will follow the rules and regulations set fourth of licensing and the food program as well as substituting any foods to meet the needs of children with minor to severe allergies.
Duties
Meet the needs of children. Maintain the allergy list. Ensure food is cooked properly and timely for all snack and lunch periods. Ensures the requirements of USDA Food Program are met.
