Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Maintain inventory control and manage food service operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Utilize fine dining and cocktail knowledge to enhance guest experiences and provide recommendations.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
